Mr. Lee has over 35 years of experience in identifying and appraising both commercial and residential real estate in Hong Kong and Shanghai, with the objective of redevelopment and enhancement to increase value for his clients. 

He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (MHKIS) and constantly updates his knowledge with the Institute’s Continuing Professional Development courses. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
